SUPPER SERENADE

Please join us for Supper Serenade, our 4th annual potluck dinner, concert and silent auction on Saturday, October 16th. Our Choral Families will get to meet each other and enjoy a fun evening of dinner, entertainment (all of our students sing) and have the opportunity to buy fabulous items at our silent auction.

We ask our choir families to donate auction items to this event to help us raise much needed funds for the choir department. Please print donor forms and letters below to present to businesses in order to help you recruit auction items.

We are looking for baskets and other interesting and decorative boxes and containers for the auction so if you have any to donate please email Amy at Kiv814@aol.com.

A Food Item to Share (We’re feeding over 400 people.)
  

When we get closer to the event each choir will be assigned a specific food item to bring to the potluck-details to follow.

        6:15             Food Drop Off --Auction Opens—Dinner Starts
                             
        7:30-8:00     1st Half of Performance
                             
        8:00-8:30      Intermission- Auction Bidding and Dessert
                             
        8:30             Auction Bidding Closes
                             
        8:30-9:15     2nd Half of Performance
                             
        9:15             Auction *Closeout

*Those bidding on auction items MUST plan to stay until Closeout. We have no storage for unclaimed auction items!

Why Attend:      
To meet other families in the Choral Program, to support the Choral Department’s present and future endeavors, and to hear all the students sing. All families are urged to attend!
